The platform caters to individuals and families in need, including victims of natural disasters, those facing health challenges, underprivileged groups, orphans, and students. Through this policy, we reaffirm our commitment to protecting user data, maintaining trust, and operating with integrity to foster a safe and efficient crowdfunding environment.

2.2 Third-Party Services
Seedkind.my may link to third-party websites for payment processing, marketing, or other services. However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. Users are encouraged to review their policies independently.
2.3 Updates to the Privacy Policy
Seedkind.my reserves the right to amend this policy to reflect platform improvements or regulatory changes. Updates will be clearly communicated, and your continued use of the platform will signify acceptance of these changes.3.0 Donors
3.1 Responsibility of Contributors
• Contributors are responsible for reviewing the authenticity and details of campaigns before making donations.
• Contributions are voluntary and non-refundable after funds are disbursed to campaign organizers.
3.2 Information Usage and Sharing
We will not sell or rent donor information. However, it may be shared with:
• Service Providers to facilitate payment processing.
• Campaign Review Teams to verify the legitimacy of fundraising efforts.
• Legal Authorities if required by applicable laws or to protect platform integrity.
3.3 Data Security
Seedkind implements stringent security measures to prevent unauthorized access or misuse of your personal data. Data is stored only as long as necessary for compliance with legal and operational requirements.
3.4 Refund Policy
Seedkind may process a refund to the contributor if the campaign organizer submits a formal request to return a donation made through the platform. Note: Refunds will be processed online after receiving and verifying sufficient proof to support the request. Refunds are only possible if the funds have not yet been disbursed to the campaign organizer’s account. Once the funds have been transferred to the organizer, Seedkind will no longer be able to facilitate any refund to the contributor.
4.0 Campaign Organizers
4.1 Eligibility Criteria
• Campaign organizers must represent registered entities (e.g., NGOs, associations) and provide valid verification documents.
• All submitted campaign details must be accurate, transparent, and truthful.
4.2 Platform Fee
Seedkind charges a 6% management fee on the total funds raised, used to cover platform operations, maintenance, and improvements.
4.3 Reporting Obligations
• Campaign organizers are required to submit detailed reports on fund utilization, including receipts, photos, and updates.
• Reports must be submitted before fund disbursement to ensure compliance and transparency.
4.4 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
• First Withdrawal: Allowed once 10% of the fundraising goal is achieved.
• Final Withdrawal: Permitted after campaign completion.
• Each withdrawal is subject to the platform’s 6% management fee.
4.5 Prohibited Activities
Campaign organizers are prohibited from:
• Using personal accounts for fundraising.
• Accepting external donations outside the Seedkind platform’s payment gateway.
• Misusing funds or failing to comply with the platform’s terms.
• All campaigns hosted on the Seedkind platform must adhere to Shariah compliance guidelines.
5.0 Platform Responsibilities
5.1 Transparency
Seedkind provides tools and features to ensure transparency, including detailed contribution records, final reports, and public campaign updates.
5.2 Security
We employ robust technical safeguards to secure data and payment transactions, ensuring user safety.
5.3 Disclaimers
• Seedkind does not guarantee the success of campaigns.
• Seedkind is not liable for disputes between contributors and organizers post-disbursement.
6.0 User Conduct
Users are required to act in good faith, ensuring all information shared on the platform is accurate and complies with local laws and regulations.
7.0 Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes, users agree to resolve issues via binding arbitration, waiving rights to class-action lawsuits.
8.0 Updates to Terms and Policies
Seedkind reserves the right to revise its terms, conditions, and policies to reflect operational updates or regulatory changes. Notifications will be provided for significant changes.
